Do I need to buy adobe acrobat reader "premium" 9.99 a month ?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you have a newer version IPHONE, you may just need to save to your device. If you have a phone, and you have any issues, we recommend you install ADOBE ACROBAT READER FREE VERSION to your phone, tablet, or device.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a free version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER. Search for it from your APP STORE. There is a video above, that walks you through it on an iPhone. You DO NOT need to purchase the ADOBE "PREMIUM". You may get prompted to buy premium, and you can just click the X and close it out. You only need the free version.

We do NOT offer refunds, because once you download it, you NOW HAVE IT. We have used similar type versions for years, and it's made our life a lot easier in session work. Please WATCH the videos, and TAKE THE TOUR of this new APP VERSION DIGITAL MANUAL to see how it functions. *If you have issues with downloading and opening, after watching the tutorial videos, please contact us through the contact form, and we will set up a zoom call to assist you, if needed.
Why do I need to install ADOBE Acrobat on my device ?
On your computer, PC or MAC, you will have a default program to open PDF (Portable Digital Files) You DO NOT need to use ADOBE on your computer. On your MAC, PC, or computer, you will already have a PDF viewer of some kind. that will work. On Mac, the PDF Viewer is called PREVIEW it comes built into MAC. The Digital Manual APP will run on that perfectly. HOWEVER **** ON YOUR PHONE or TABLET, especially if it is not a newer model, we recommend using ADOBE ACROBAT. You can find it on the PLAY STORE or the APP STORE. PLEASE NOTE: You only REQUIRE the FREE version. There is a video above on tutorial section for IPHONE. Here are the written steps.
- Find Adobe Acrobat Reader on App Store
- Install Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Click to OPEN once downloaded.
- If prompted to buy $9.99 PREMIUM, "X" out of that page
- If prompted to buy MONTHLY subscription "X" out again.
- Then once you have opened the Adobe reader
- Go to EMAIL on phone, and click link to download from TransferBigFiles
- Wait for about 20 seconds to 1 minute, DH APP MANUAL will open
- On IPHONE, you'll click the middle button "square with arrow up" on bottom of your screen nav bar. *** WAIT 3-10 SECONDS for it to load, maybe a white page.
- Once Apple Functions Load, scroll down to the bottom, it says
- OPEN WITH ADOBE acrobat reader. Click That!
- It's Now Saved onto your phone.
- *** If you have Android. or Pixel phone, Steps 1-7 are the same, for STEP 8 though, choose to SAVE TO DEVICE instead. Then Go to PLAY STORE, and install ADOBE READER, if you don't have it. Then you find the DH MANUAL you downloaded, using your file folder, go to downloads, and click most recent. When prompted, you choose, OPEN WITH ADOBE Acrobat.

How much room do I need on my device ?
You will require anywhere from 200 Megs to 370 Megs, depending on the level manual you are at. The larger size is due to it being graphic rich and to maintain the highest quality of the text and pictures.
How do I upgrade to the next manual ?
The Upgrade Fee is the same price on every level. Once you take the next level of Divine Healing, then simply come to this site, and find the $30 Upgrade Fee. To speed up delivery, you can use the contact form on this site to tell us what level you are upgrading to. We will then send you the most up to date manual based on your new level qualification.
